Follow these steps when using the magic eraser on a glass stove top. And again, caution during application!

Ensure the glass stove top has cooled down.
Put a small amount of detergent on a damp microfiber cloth or a soft sponge and begin wiping off the surface and removing built-up grease and leftover food as much as possible. This way, you minimize using your magic eraser.
Wipe off with a dry cloth any excess stain caused by detergent.
Use warm water to activate the Magic Eraser. Squeeze it to get rid of excess water before using it.
